    I would make sure the male guinea pig is removed from the others immediately, and check the babies, there could be more males to come. Then go back to Pets at Home and explain what has happened, because if I remember correctly, they will help with either rehoming or provision of extra housing, when the mistake is theirs, take any paperwork they gave you.

    guinea pigs like rabbits will have sex with any other guinea pig or rabbit that moves they will just constantly impregnate each other
