It's always worth a try..at least aviation prints have a following so you stand a chance on ebay. Maybe hope for 100 but if a similar item hasn't sold at USD100 you can draw your own conclusions. Maybe better to start it lower at the minimum you would accept.0 -
Well - that's why I thought I'd wait for a no-fee listing day and be cheeky with the asking price. If no luck, then list it for a more sensible starting price and hopefully use the "no relisting fee if this item sells" card

Use the £100 starting price with offers. Never used that myself but i made an offer on an item and they countered the offer which i accepted.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Do you know what squadron the aircraft is from? if so you could approach the RAF/NAVY and if feeling generous donate it to them and it will be displayed in their crewroom/building. Or if not and you know the squadron or does the Aircraft have a side marking you could track it down by that - google is your friend!Wins so Far: 21" lcd monitor, 6 day all expenses paid holiday to China, 8800GTX gfx card, 2x Panasonic cameras, 12 cups and Loads of Twix's, Coffee Lovers Hamper - Wild bean cafe. The aircraft are from No. 3 Squadron Royal Flying Corps during the battle of Cambrai in 1917.
I've sent off to a couple of auction houses which are offering free valuations - didn't even realise that auction houses did this so (once again) thanks to the contributors of Moneysavingexpert :beer:0
