After doing my weekly shop at t's last night, I gave the co my morrisons cond. spend. I had no problem using it last week but last night the co asked the line runner who said that they did not accept them, she also would not accept my cherrios moc saying they did not accept ones of the computer! After trying to explain t's policy to them I jst paid and went over to the kiosk/customer services to get my lottery. I decided to ask the lady there who went and checked with some1 else. She came back saying what I had already said-that they do except them! She then called over the line runner who did apologise but said that the only way she could refund me the £5 was to refund me for the shopping then scan it all again and then take off the £5. Not only did I not have time for this, as I had paid on my card I would have to pay for it again until my card had been refunded. I left T's feeling extremely frustrated and embarrassed from the queues I was forming!
T's really need to inform all the employees of their policies.
Does any1 think it's worth emailing T's with a complaint?
I'm appalled that this is still happening...definitely email a complaint.

On a different topic, a little bit of computer wizardry that I came across from some kind techie person who gave help on how to find your name on a long list of winners names.....this might help if you are in a rush when searching for a moc on the first page...it just helped me find 2 mocs to print as I was in a bit of a rush...still am , going to T's in a mo...

Go to first page and then do a ' CTRL F'
You will then see a box that appears top left....it says FIND
enter the word ( or words) you want to find...I typed Plenty, as I wanted the moc, think they are on offer at T's, at least I think they were on the ad last night on the telly
Then 'Hey Presto'...the Plenty moc is highlighted ....did the same with the word Tropicana ...and once again the Tropicana moc is highlighted, just saves you looking through all the moc info on there that the wonderful Sher keeps updated for us lucky peeps

I use this method every week on the angling links for the Fishing Licence..each week you can check to see if your fishing licence number has be drawn in the Environment agency website lottery...there is a huge list of numbers, so I just do FIND ( ctrl f)and it quickly tells me I haven't won...but one of these weeks I'm sure it will say 'Woo Hoo'....hth

No point emailing T! all they can say is their standard : we are SORRY!! blah blah will send the training pack to all the doh! staff at your T.

Now credit card refund, me personally will make them do it again on the same day £5off is alot of ££ not use it due to their incompetency : If you let them refund you, your credit card transaction on that very same day, will show as per below on your monthly credit card statement for example :

    Transaction date : 23/7/10 @ Tesco Amount £20.00
    Transaction date : 23/7/10 @ Tesco Amount -£20.00
Transaction date : 23/7/10 @ Tesco Amount - £15.00 (after they hv taken off your moc).

Thanks Judy, after much searching, found this on MS. Looks like Tesco doesn't sell it only Asda and Sainsbury's and Asda is the cheapest place at £1.98 for the chilli, so £1.48 or £2.08 for the hotpot so £1.58. http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/Shopping/FindProducts.aspx?Query=look%20what%20we%20found&SortBy=3
I might give these a try as not gonna have a decent meal till drwho cooks for me on Friday:D

Waitrose sell them too, & a few of the range are on offer there 'til the 27th (50-74p off.) :)
The meals aren't anything amazing, but they certainly are significantly better than the equivalent muck you can get in a tin can or standard ready meal.

    What a load of rubbish!

If I ever have a problem with a moc not having been scanned, the CS will just sort out a refund for the correct amount, usually by just gving me the correct amount in cash.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I agree that these are over priced [even without Tesco's inflated pricing!] and I wouldn't get them at the moment. As we have until 06/10 to use them though, hopefully they will go on offer at some point and maybe be useful to use a conditional spend moc. :)

Hi all ( Hug for Sher)

Just been to Asda and they have these new surf capsules on roll back for £4:eek: still to much for me lol:) but if you use your coupon it will make it £3! Allthough I think Persil small and mighty for £1.99 and using yout 1/2 price coupon( got one in the post) is a much better deal:D 99p cant beat that!
