You just got a stupid cashier serving you thats all. You still have your receipt rite!

Now you have 3 options :-

Call & complain : 0800 505 555 Tell the customer service which T store did not accept your coupon when you buy the product as stated.

Write to this address dont forget to enclose your receipt and the coupon(s) for them to investigate:

    F.A.O : Team Leader
    Tesco Stores Ltd
    Customer Service Centre
    Baird Avenue
    Dundee
    DD2 3TN

They willl refund you with money card (£5 min).

or lastly : send email to our good friend : "Terry" I don't have the email link & I am sure one of the regular will be able to give you his email address for you to make a complain. Dont forget to put your name & address so that they can send you money card.

Me, personally find that the 1st option works.
2nd option - only empty promises from the so call customer service 1st name & they never give you their last name therefore you don't have a record of who you talked to.
3rd option - hope for the best that they will send you the money card ( they will defi'ly apologise to you but there is no guarantee that they will send you the refund) Again empty promises from their customer service.
i too got told no and passed the complaint on to head office

With my normal shopping, multibuys plus slight switching such as Bran flakes for cheerios, I reduced the bill from £42 to £30! I didn't try to use obvious coupons such as £1 off nappies when I'm not buying them but I did use most of the coupons for alternative goods from the relevant manufacturer.

The kingsmill 50p coupon for example works with both the half loaf it was intended for and the full size seeded loaf which is on offer this week. So, twice the amount of bread for 50p.

I've never really used coupons before but definately will now.

Can i ask if you had any problems with the self printed coupons. I went on supersavvey me printed off the ariel stain 2 pound coupons and got them REfused at tesco, so am a bit wary to try asda with coupons.

Hi Guys. Not a coupon related issue but wonder what to do. Was drinking some Tesco Value Apple Juice and felt something slimey in my mouth. Spat it out and still don't know what it was. Anyway I sieved the rest of the juice and found more of it. Should I send it to Tesco or take it to Public Health dept. Feel sick thinking about what it could be.

    Evening All

Hi Dr.Who-Who, I was looking for any of the car parks round the MEN Arena / Printworks / Deansgate areas in central Manchester. I was wondering if anyone knew if any of the cinemas etc had 'arrangements' with the car-parking companies for free or reduced rate parking if you attended any screenings or events. :)

We always park on a meter in Manchester as they stop charging after 6pm so it's free. Wish I could remember the street - have just had a look on Google maps but can't get my bearings. It's kind of behind the main shopping street, just up from where that arcade is that has loads of restaurants. Sorry, will note the name next time to share...

Just caught up and seen someone's beaten me to it!

I would send it to Tescos and let them deal with it.

A few years ago, we bought a jar of mussels from Sainsburys and there was a tiny crab inside. I contacted the manufacturer who said to return the jar with the crab for analysis and in return they sent me 2 free jars and refunded me my money.

Personally, I'd take it to your local environmental health office. Lets face it, if it is anything untoward T's would probably brush it under the carpet. Hope ya OK pal :T
