MEN Arena park near a sikh temple 5 minutes walk from the arena. This is near all the secure car parks that were charging £6 but you get the benefit of paying nowt and getting out straight away!!

If you have a car or are being driven up to university and struggling to find free parking in Manchester city here is a list of streets in Manchester where you can park for free!

Manchester Picadilly rail station - Old Mill Street - Anytime

Manchester Metropolitan University - Reilly St - Anytime

Deansgate rail station - Potato Wharf - Anytime (towards end of road, first part for residents only)

St Georges Park - City Road - Anytime

Town Centre - Wadeson Road - Anytime excl Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00 [paid]

Manchester Picadilly rail station - Wadeson Road - Anytime excl Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00 [paid]

Town Centre Manchester - Hanworth Close - Anytime excl Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00 [paid]

Wow, thanks Dr.Who-Who :T that was really impressive  I didn't know there were any free parking places left in Manchester, I'll have a look the next time I'm there . Not sure about using the hotels though - knowing my luck I'd get clamped :(

Bully - Happy Anniversary, glad you had a lovely day :)

    Hi,

Hope your all having a good bank holiday weekend. I went to Mr T today and a pretty good shop.

Velvet Tissue 2 for £3.00 purchased 4 packets (use x4 50p off from velvet website, use also 4 x 50p off from Tesco Mag)
    4 Velvet Tissue cost £2.00 = 50p a box
    Go ahead bogf 2 for £2.14 = £1.07 a box
    Phildelphia sweet chilli 2 for £2.00 -50p = £0.75 per pot

costs before Bogf £41.84, after Bogf £37.20, After vochers £37.20
    (note today included a jumper @ £18.00)

    Naomi

P.S dosent anyone know if there were any vochers in today paper/tomorrow for shopping or clothes.:)
