hi, im very new to all this as just updated my printer to one that will print well! i took a tesco £2 off fairy powder in yesterday to be told they dont take internet coupons any more and hadnt for a while. how stupid did i feel

Was at Asda's yesterday and they have the new Tropicana Kids Fruit Juice on Rollback for £1, which would make it only 50p with coupon for a 4 pack of juice great time to get them as kiddies start school this week:D

You just got a stupid cashier serving you thats all. You still have your receipt rite!

Now you have 3 options :-

Call & complain : 0800 505 555 Tell the customer service which T store did not accept your coupon when you buy the product as stated.

Write to this address dont forget to enclose your receipt and the coupon(s) for them to investigate:

Dundee
DD2 3TN

They willl refund you with money card (£5 min).

or lastly : send email to our good friend : "Terry" I don't have the email link & I am sure one of the regular will be able to give you his email address for you to make a complain. Dont forget to put your name & address so that they can send you money card.

Me, personally find that the 2nd option works.

1st option - only empty promises from the so call customer service 1st name & they never give you their last name therefore you don't have a record of who you talked to.

3rd option - hope for the best that they will send you the money card ( they will defi'ly apologise to you but there is no guarantee that they will send you the refund) Again empty promises from their customer service.

thankyou. i didnt buy the product luckily. i got to the check out with clothes and said oh i forgot my fairy non bio powder i have a voucher for, oh we will get it for you she says, looked at my voucher and said no, i queried it and she called over a superviser(or whoever she was) and she said no internet vouchers in this store for a long time(s!!!!horpe)

Watch out for emails, Got one from Airwick theres 6 coupons. Says choose one to print out.

:jJust received an email from Airwick with a £1 off coupon to print, expires 31-10-10. You can choose from six different airfresheners. Prints in middle of page and I printed 2 by going back to email and printing again from there. I didn't attempt a third time because usually with Airwick it starts to print but only delivers a page saying you have printed your maximum, so just a waste of paper!

The SA @ Mr T said they didnt accept internet printed vouchers and I then said I had email Mr T head office 3 weeks ago and been told they did, then I ask could she check & then she was told they do. Why cant Mr T learn to let there SA know they internet coupons.

i complained and got a big NO as i could photo copy them ( i tried the ariel stain 2 pound ones )
