Remind the company that if it was the other way round and she was complaining about you, they would be down on you like a tonne of bricks.
Thanks you. This did happen a while back, she had a go at me & because shes friends with the manager of course it was my fault!
But that night everyone else in the room said she was out of order, one put a complaint in about her without me knowing and she was pulled in for it so result!
Still feeling like poo thou, dragged myself in today but came home after 3 hours. My head is so foggy I can't think straight. I think I will call in sick tomorrow too. I know it's a loss of wages (which may mean I can't pay HFC 1 til Oct) but like my mum says, my health is more important.
And I know these debts will be paid soon, so whats 1 more month.

It's 4 am, I've got work at 6am and I've had no sleep. I've been wired up all night and not sure why.
When I finished my jigsaw I thought I'd do something useful and have stuck a few of my precious Ninja Turtle things on eBay.
Well that was the plan:rolleyes:, I weighed them all to calculate postage and photgraphed them all. Then I put just 2 listings up and now I've been hit with a wave of tiredness and given up:o. I'll stick the rest on tonight.
Must go and clean the fish out now.

Ok, so now I'm going to go back on everyones good advice and I'm not going to pay off HFC 1 in Sept
, mainly cos I want to see my brother in October for his birthday. Train tickets and dog sitters will set me back a hefty £90 and I just won't be able to pay HFC 1.
I have decided now (and I know I'll get told off for this) to pay off BoS first, this means I only have to find £600, rather than £950 for the HFC 1 payment. This will mean I can breathe slightly easier and the 'spare' £350 (if I manage to scrape it together) I can stick on the credit card and if I need to, can spend it on my visit to my bro.
I still wish to pay off both HFC 1 and Bos by xmas, so with BoS out the way I can use the £44.19 that would have gone to it, plus any extra, to kick HFC 1 into the ground.
Sorry all! But it's still debt being paid!!:D

As you say, you're still paying off debts.

Definately! I can now relax in work and get back to enjoying it!
Also I have dropped a couple of pounds! It seemed to take forever for the needle to drop from 237.4 lbs. I weighed myself this morn...235.2 lbs!!Inching slowly towards my target weight.

Hi x_raphael_xxHer leaving is definitely good news for your quality of life!
I second that.
We can only give the advice, how you use it is up to you. The important thing is not how you arrive at your goal but that you do arrive at it.
As long as the pounds are going down most months, it does not matter if once in a while they go up. Whether that is your weight or your debt, makes no difference.
If you want to have a splurge, if that is the right word, pay for a year’s gym membership. Then have a cardiovascular workout three times a week.
Make sure you pick the right place. Some gyms are mostly for body builders and that is the ones to avoid. Also, find a no frills gym and then you will not be paying for all the extras that you do not need.
Paid for in one go it will cost you about £20 a month. It will make very little difference to your debt free goal but it will make a big difference to your weight loss goal. I should know, in the past I have joined a gym.
I also have some good news. Last year a relative passed away but they left me some money in their will and Saturday I received a cheque for £1,000. That is not all, when the last few things have been sorted out I will get another cheque for almost £1,600, which is my share from the remainder of their estate. That would be a total of £2,600.
I recently had a reduction of £3,000 for the credit limit on my Amex card. I had been using that card to pay for materials to renovate my home. As a result of that reduction, I had no money to finish off the house and sell it next year.
It also left me with so little available credit that I almost went bankrupt. However, now I will have enough money to finish off the house and keep my head well above the water. With a bit of luck, this time next year I will be debt free.0 -
Just read your thread x_r_ and just wanted to wish you well in the weight loss and also wanted to say well done for being strong and you're on your way to clearing some pretty hefty debts there. I am impressed!
I am glad you can work some extra hours too - if you enjoy your jobs *and* get paid for it, that's so cool. I hate my job and get asked to work extra and get paid nowt! :rotfl:Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly

I used to belong to a gym, but I'm one of these people that stops going even though I know I'm wasting money!
At the moment I am happy to just walk my dog every day for free, and I'm slowly building that up. I try and walk into and home from work most days too.
