I think you may have failed to understand the level of sarcasm of some of the posts on this thread.

To clarify: tell your pal that they would be stark, staring bonkers to get involved in such a deal

    It must be brilliant.
    A 900% return in 6 months.
How could any sane person refuse.
I have just sold my house and got my 90 year old mother to remortgage hers as well.
The credits cards have been taken to the limit, and I have got a loan from Bermondsey Bill and Associates Finance (Service with a snarl).
By Christmas we will all be rich, rich, rich.

Everybody here is saying not to invest. There ought to be a compulsory irony symbol to stick on posts that are tongue in cheek. All the posts praising century land group are just taking the mickey.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Say what you wish, 900% is much better than the 3% my bank pays.

When they call, it's always interesting to ask the slick salesman how many plots he has. Such an amazing opportunity wouldn't pass him by - would it?

I have also invested in a nice plot on the moon, got a certificate and everything.
There is a good chance that it contains valuable minerals.
Once I have found an inexpensive way to get them mined and delivered to my lock up, I will be rolling in the cash.

You can get a star of your own, actually, officially named by NASA (or someone with similar initials). All for £10. That works out at way less than 1p an acre. Just goes to show how important position is (and also not being so hot that you're incinerated).

I would urge a little caution as a friend who invested a few thousand in one of these plots about 25 yrs ago is still waiting for the land to be developed.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

CLG aren't the only bunch of landbankers with an interest in Hollinsfield...
    I think that's rhyming slang... :)
