My branch are very helpful except for internet queries -"not me guv". Anyway I rang Internet help and asked about the order in which the accounts are displayed - they didn't know what determined the order -but you can't change it

Not particularly impressed. Nice look, but the gimmicky graphics take up too much acreage; I prefer to see all of my a/c balances in one brief, cohesive list.
I guess I'll adapt though....0 -
It looks childish and daft, with no option to fold in accounts and hide balances.
I don't want to see my loan balance every time I log in - I just want to be satisfied that the DD goes out each month for it.0 -
Hate it, hate it, hate it. Graphics are too large, statement is upside down, personal references not shown when making a payment (only sort code and account number - that is not how I remember them), anyone a mile away can see your balance/s as they are written in size 72 font (or larger), and it looks like a play bank for 6 year olds. Why are there not preferences so I can turn my statement the right way up, call my payees what I like, etc.?
Lloyds, you made a boo boo.

Try emailing any complaints here here - they have withdrawn the email customer services option, but this still seems to work

or

maybe if enough of us complain they'll introduce some customer preference options.0 -
I am still on the original version. Assume they must be doing it in stages.0

No change for me and from the sounds of it, I dont want it to!0

I think it's pretty & a big improvement0

It would have been good to have the available balance on current accounts visible on the first screen, apart from that it is clearly laid out. These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!
I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!0 -
Website is the same as it was 2 years ago when I banked with them, whats all the fuss about like?Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0
