New LTSB Online site -any thoughts?

Just wondered if anyone had anythoughts on the new LTSB website.
I have 3 accounts that I use -
Joint -main account
Sole - used mostly for shuffling money to other accounts
E-saver - used for parking savings until they can be transferred to somewhere better
and a bunch of Vantage accounts used just as savings.
That's the order in which they used to be listed- now the Sole account is at the top, the joint account in the middle of the rest and the vantage accounts (numbered 1-6) are in random order. (makes the £1000 shuffle more difficult to manage)
Oh and because of the size of the "account images" - Now have to scroll down to see all the balances.
Its a pain! - so I thought I'd email them and ask how to change the order, but they've now removed the "email customer services" facility.
I could phone but, chances of an answer Nil -I think.
So far I have found no advantages - just a prettying up exercise that for me, makes it harder to use

Although I'm not a Lloyds customer, I have seen a demo of the new site.
I think that it looks pretty good, a clear and simple layout. The pictures are a bit gimmicky though, and I'm not sure why they have separate 'Payments' and 'Transfers' buttons - surely one button, to do the job of both payments and transfers (which are pretty much the same thing anyway), would suffice.
The main thing though is that there seem to be hardly any facilities on it. Ok, you can view statements/standing orders etc, but unless I'm missing something, it seems to be lacking in many respects. I am, however, mainly comparing it to Halifax's online banking, which is very good in terms of features.
It looks to me as though they want to make internet banking more basic, and either attract people who feel put off by the fact that you can do so much on there, attract people who are a bit wary of using the internet, or send more people to branch and telephone banking for many transactions/queries on accounts.0 -
Tried their enquiry number for the new service? 0800 0150158 or 01733 232030. I'm still getting the old online screens, but had notification today that it'll be coming in soon for me.0

Has anyone tried to see their statements online - they are now upside down! Newer transactions are at the top - its madness.0

That's sensible to have it that way - when I check my statement online I am most interested in what happened on my account in the past few days, rather than what happened a month or more ago.0 -
I find the mini-statements for my bank accounts works alright, but the credit card one has never worked properly yet - seems to show a random selection of transactions from the middle of the statement.
I agree the pictures of the cards is a waste of space, where it all fitted on the screen before, the list of accounts, now I have to scroll.0 -
Mines changed, and I'm not keen, TBH.
They've even removed my eligibility for a Silver account!
Cretins.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
If you have queries and don't want to phone them just go into a branch and ask a customer adviser. We find ours most helpful, of course I can't speak for all branches.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

I personally prefer to do things myself online - like Halifax currently allows me to do - rather than have to make a trip to a branch - like this online banking makes you do.0
