Grrr.......I had an interesting survey yesterday (only 50p but involved trying a product) got to the end and it asked me for my address and suddenly I was no longer wanted....why didnt they ask you for your postcode at the beginning if it was going to be a criteria grrrr. No response from VO about it either.

Plus I keep getting a reminder email but when I click on the link it tells me i've already completed it. Just wish it was slightly easier to contact them about this stuff as otherwise I enjoy being with them

hi, i keep getting the reminder emails as well, it really annoys me when i go to do the surveys and i do not qualify, i emailed them and i'm still waiting for a reply after 3 weeks

im still haveing problems accessing the games diary they said you will get a reminder each day which i have done but when i click the link it says you have already done this survey :mad: any ideas plz?

I'm getting the same. Have emailed them twice with no response, just another reminder i cannot access. It says to clear cookies and web history etc.. which i've done, even a differentbrowser, but still no luck. Given up on getting paid for this now. Sick of trying

I avoid the diary ones with VO with a vengence...they never work like they should...and I'm 75p short of my next tenner...oh, strike that, I'm *still* waiting for £4.25 to be moved from pending to my actual account - and have been for bloody weeks!!! and am jumping on any survey that gives out 75p or more - only to be booted out either halfway or by ageism/sexism...and once that's moved from pending to the account, I'm getting one more Tesco voucher and then telling VO where to stuff it!!! And I'll take great pleasure in doing so...

OOOOH an updated site....with a new logo. The red is certainly different to the green but I wonder if I'll get any more surveys now.....

Is it just me or is it now impossible to see what you have outstanding?? I swear I had surveys done that had not been paid yet but now I can't see any mention of them!
