After approx 1 million surveys that threw me out over half way through, I could finally order a M&S voucher on 17th July ....but I am STILL waiting for it to be delivered!

I send a weekly e-mail but get fobbed off each time with a standard response:that there is a backlog

OK, but THREE MONTHS?

Forget VoP, Lightspeed are excellent & swift!

Hi I ordered a boots voucher about 3 weeks since and it arrived yesterday.You do seem to have been waiting a very long while.In the past I have had 2 £10 vouchers for tesco ,they prob took about 3 week too.x

I've had problems with these guys too :mad:

I completed some surveys way back in Feb this year and just needed 75p to be able to order a voucher. They kept holding back my points so I couldn't claim a reward.

Eventually after 3 emails they have pushed through my points. I claimed an amazon voucher as you get these immediately. My points now seem to be going through reasonably - but its best to keep track.

Their responses to my emails weren't very professional :rolleyes:

I have more than £10 that has been waiting to clear for 2 months or so....I want to spend it!!

Did anyone do the three week television survey, and if you did, has the £10 showed up in credits pending yet. Because mine has not.

Hi yummymummy222 - yes I did that 3 week tv survey where you had to put in each day what you watched in different time bands, and say how much attention you paid to it, and in what format you watched it.

I haven't had anything yet, but I know they normally say it can take up to 28 days from when the survey ends, which was around about 6th October, so I'd say if you haven't had it credited by around the 6th november then hassle them. In fact if you want to PM me when you get it, I would appreciate it, so at least we would know we're both getting it or not.

I don't think they are that bad. OK, at times it takes a while for credits to go from pending to credited, but on the whole, it ain't that bad! At the moment, I am getting like 3 surveys a day. Too many for me to keep up with, especially as GlobalTestMarket send like 10 a day too. It's all good though. *** If you ordered a voucher a while ago and have not received it, why not call them?
