Dear
It has come to our attention that the Tesco voucher you ordered in November has not been delivered yet.
We are very sorry to hear about this delay and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
However, our mailing company has assured us that your voucher will be shipped in the first week of the New Year. We are confident your voucher should arrive before or on Monday January 7th. Please note that due to the holiday season there may be further delays beyond our control.
Again, we would like to offer you our sincere apologies for this delay and any inconvenience it may have caused.
Wishing you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
Kind regards,

hello, when you do eventually get the tesco voucher, can they be used online?0 -
Yes, you can use the Tesco voucher on line... they actually send you a gift card in the amount of £10. There is a number on the back of the card, similar to a credit/debit card so you would type that in online... also on the back of the gift card, it states:
Treat this card like cash, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. This gift card is redeemable against products or services at any UK Tesco store or use it at Tesco.com where it can be used to buy CD's, DVD's, flowers, video games, or books (check www.tesco.com/giftcard for the latest product ranges and instructions. A credit/debit card is required online for process and identification purposes and you must be aged 18 or over). It cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Any available balance left on the card will be shown on your receipt or you can check it at www.tesco.com/giftcard or phone 08450 757757. Balance expires 5 years from last card use. Damaged, altered or cancelled cards will not be accepted.

I have been trying for weeks to get them to answer my emails,I have £21 + IN MY ACCOUNT AND £8+ pending ,some of which has been pending for 6 or more months ,I suspect that this company might be in trouble as its not paying out as quickly now as in the past.
PS the page where you are supposed to claim your vouchers has been un available for monthsw and they have made no attempt to fix it.0 -
apart from not being able to login about 2 weeks ago everything is fine for me. i have just redeemed a voucher there today and have 8.10 with 4.50 pending.... got a survey today too which i completed and it went straight to pending.0

I completed a survey for £1.50 about 35 days ago, which took me 20 minutes! It didn't direct me to VO at the end, so I emailed Isabel at VO straight away and she said if I had compelted it I'd receive the award.
Still nothing, so I emailed her again today, and she said APPARENTLY I didnt finish it , when I know damn well I did! I emailed back insisting on receiving the credit, but haven't heard back yet.
This is my first problem with them, and I'm not happy!
Also my partner did one on my account that they emailed him for £5 for my account on 08/04/08 and I haven't had the money for that either! What a joke!0 -

I had this problem when i did a text survey. I completed the final survey after the week of texting. I got the £2.04 for the texts i sent but not the £5. They said i apparently hadn't filled in the final survey, i emailed back & said i had filled it in & i wouldn't be emailing to complain if i hadn't completed it.
They said that people who completed it had already been paid so i wouldn't get anything
I wasn't impressed.
I have about £10 pending & i'm on £49.75 so want some more to go into account so i can cash some out. Do wish they be a bit quicker with the surveys that are pending.“Hope is the only bee that makes honey without flowers.”

Anyone doing that mobile survey at the moment about the banks? It's my first mobile survey so far, it uses an application on my phone and it sends off the answers. Just hope it works out!0

I'm doing it - its the first time I've done one with this application.
Remember you have to send 10 to get £5 and then its 10p per extra one you send. I've lost track how many I've done but know that some of the data has been sent. Just hope it all tracks ok2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0
