Glad you asked that. I've had a few lately and none have gone straight to pending as they usually do. Wonder if they've changed the way they add surveys?

Hi all , I have over the years had £80 from VO but I am waiting for £20 and have been for over 2 months as well as that I still have £19.75in my account and £8.50 pending and the site wont let me apply for the money in my account ,I am of the opinion after hearing their various spurious replies that they may be in some money trouble and that is why they are not paying out the money that has been earned.

Mine aren't showing as pending either.

I also seem to have two surveys not showing in 'pending points'.

They are Finance £1.00 from 13th December and £1.00 Supermarkets from 28th December.

The way they display points earned sometimes makes it difficult to know when survey points are added to pending.

As well as credits dropping off they are back to their old trick of letting you get right to the end of the survey before they tell you they have reached their target number and its now closed.

i got a Valued Opions survey today and when i went to check my balance another pending survey had been added so seems to be working ok for me

two of my pending have been credited, but the three surveys that I did during december are not yet showing, including the shampoo one where they posted me the samples. I noticed prior to this whenever I did a survey it immediately went into pending, but these last ones are not there at all (yet)

I just got this email from them:

Hi,
Sometimes there can be a problem with a survey not showing in pending, particularly if the survey is hosted by a third party, but if you completed the survey successfully you will be rewarded with everyone else when the credits go through in the usual 28 days.
