Had another couple of surveys this week but pending credits are still waiting to be cleared. I'm sure some of them are well over a month old.

It was an 07 number and I guess the amount of texts all depends on the survey etc but in the one I just did you also got money for pics as well.

I completed all the bits of the survey but seem to have no reconition for doing so

They are saying its going to take 28 days to be credited as its different to the other accounts so theres still a bit of a wait I think before it will be credited

I have £15 pending in my account.
Some of them have been pending for about 6wks now.

Hi everyone, I enjoyed VO at first but can't seem to get past the "qualification" stage lately.

It narks me that sometimes I can seem to get through about half a survey before they decide I don't qualify! :rolleyes:

Ditto, for some reason it is taking ages to get awards credited, it's not really on. Especially at Christmas:(

I have done a mobile research text survey thing in the past. They are fun, and you do get full reimbursement, but it takes a long while for this to be done. I think I had to wait about 2 plus months for it. Therefore if you are hoping to get it more or less straight away, don't bother doing them. I have just finished doing another one for them, it's a drinks one.As for pending rewards, this does happen a fair bit these days, but they do eventually go through. I have phoned up in the past and sometimes the IT team are running behind. I currently have a lot pending, but I know these will eventually come through.And for people that are waiting for vouchers, they do come through. They tend to take a long longer these days, but they do come through. I was waiting for some Arcadia ones for quite a while, and they came through about 3 months later. Sorry about the essay. I'm a big fan of VO and I have been with them for a while. They are a wicked company. They are running at tortoise speed at the moment, but everything does come through eventually.Cheers.

Hmm I completed a survey on Christmas Eve for £1 and another just now for £1.50 and they haven't been added to my pending credits. They normally go to pending straight away don't they?!

Or am I going mad?!

I have about 4 now that haven't shown up on my pending credits. They usually all do get paid eventually though. I keep a record of the ones I've done but haven't shown up as pending and contact them if they don't get paid into my account.
