I did email them a while ago, they got back in minutes and said they will get back to me shortly, and meanwhile I should look at the FAQ for answers, one thing I noticed on there was a mention of money being removed for "dishonest answers". Well personally, I answered all surveys with honest opinions often taking longer to complete these questions than the estimated time...>_>No sigs, I don't smoke....:rotfl:0

all my pending points have disappeared too and i had enough pending to take me over the £10 for a voucher, now just shows 8.45 credit, they obviously have a global problem and will hopefully sort it out tomorrow, the annoying thing is i don't keep their e mails or a record, as everything shows in pending0

I've never had problems with Valued Opinions before, I've cashed out with them three times with no problem. I've just been to check the site, however, and although my credit is still the same (£9.00), I had two surveys worth £1 each waiting to be credited which have both disappeared.
Hopefully they'll get it sorted out.Everyday I am asked to be a magician, in a world where magic does not exist.0 -
I have just checked mine after reading this and luckily nothing has disappeared, phew!0

Mine disappeared this morning, then I forwarded all the survey emails to them (I learned you should keep a copy of them until you are paid for them) and now all my pending credits are back again.0

Same here, even when I've had problems they've always been prompt replying to e-mails.
Hope all those having problems get sorted soon, I'm gonna keep a closer eye on my account now.
