Hi all,I have been with VO for over 2 years now and other than the little strop here and there, they have been really good. I have amassed almost £200 directly off them, I got forwarded to a US company after I did one survey, and got £300 into my Paypal off them (it was an IT thing and someone called me at 5 in the morning to do a mini interview, but it was all good fun). I have had various childrens cartoon video's to test out. And I supposedly have some razors coming through too. I also got invited to a London focus group, and if I had attended it, would have got myself a cool £80.Just a few hints and tips.* You regularly will get surveys you almost finish, or actually do finish, and then they say SORRY WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH RESPONSES. It happens quite a lot. If you don't like that, cash your credits and cancel your account already! So far, I have had that once every two months, and it is quite annoying.* Most of the surveys go on for a lot longer than they say they will. So 10 minute surveys normally last over 15 minutes.* NEVER and I mean NEVER introduce family members who live at the same address to join up! They will accuse you of defrauding them, and close down your accounts. They have done this to me and my 2 brothers once. My brother had over £25 and they never made his account live again. * As soon as you get £10 in your credits, cash them. I once spoke to someone from VO and got told it aroused their suspicions when people amassed £30 odd pounds, and that almost all the panel members cash in when they get £10.* They are normally really slow to add your credits on, and they normally stay pending for about 2 or 3 months. I have had to wait for ages to get them added on, but it is worth the wait. If you're impatient, it's not the site for you. They often have problems with their IT team who add credits on. However, they will eventually go on.* With the vouchers, they tend to take a while to turn up too. I am still waiting on some Arcadia vouchers I cashed in at the end of July. I have had a response off them saying they ran out of vouchers, and will send them out as soon as they can. You have to be patient as this has happened many times in the past.* The phone number on the website no longer works, so you will just have to email them if you have any problems.* And finally, if you try to log on and it won't accept, you're stuffed. They have probably suspended your account. Hope this helps.

hi, mimi 1234, thanks for your post, found it really helpful, hope they havent suspended my account as i had about £35 in it and i have done about eight surveys in the last couple of weeks, i cant even get onto the website to log in, to check my balance. I can do their surveys but cant log in or check my account!!! I have been with them for about 2 years now and never had a problem before, its driving me nuts, but will keep trying, thanks.

Hi Piglet. Have you checked that the caps lock is not on? My only advice is you email them enquiries@valuedopinions.co.uk , don't forget to put your email address in and your own name. It will take them a few days to get back to you though. Maybe put your number in the email and ask someone to call you back? Mind you, if you can still do surveys, and if they are sending you invites, they can't have suspended it. If it has, and they do activate it again for you, claim your vouchers straight away! Good luck.

Oh and when you email them, don't send an angry email or they won't reply. Make it a sweet one. They always reply to those.

Oh the number on the website for questions and enquiries is working again. It is 0845 257 3299.

Just spoke to the bloke and he says there is a delay with all vouchers from July onwards. But he said you will get them in the next month.

Oh and Piglet, perhaps you should give them a quick call re not being able to log in?
