I've not experience payout problems with them before this, although I'm beginning to get a little concerned now as I have been waiting for £40 worth of vouchers for over 3 months now.
Have phoned them several times only to be told that the company who sends out the vouchers on their behalf is awaiting a bulk supply.

Re this, how long are the amazon vouchers valid for? Are they just like a normal amazon voucher thats valid for a year?

hello, can anyone remember how long it took for their voucher to come through? I have claimed for one, but I still haven't received it yet, and it seems quite a long time now.

    Thanks

I've had an answer back from my email (I originally posted on here as I hadn't got an answer to my two emails).

Apparently, they use a mailing company that delivers vouchers in about 28 days. There are currently, however, delays as this mailing company are awaiting a bulk order themselves.

    Hmmmmm !
  • As soon as they moved from £5 to £10 min claims I thought this is the beginning of the end. I've had one £10 voucher from early August still not arrive. I emailed them finally yesterday and normally they answer instantly, but this time nothing. Even though I'm still getting surveys, I think they must have serious money problems. When companies like these get sticky with paying out it's always marked the end in the past. It really won't shock me to hear them going under in the near future. Shame, as it was good while it lasted. :(

I've got £11.25 thats been Pending for ages!!! keep emailing them to find out when it will go to the bit when i can order a voucher but they just ignore me :o(

Hi there, can understand your frustration! I had the same problem. Haven't been on the site for ages, but just looked now and its all gone into the pot now. Seemed that the amounts were in pending for a good 3-4 months, not sure if this is normal??
  • Oh, the claim voucher link is missing again. :(
