Yup, they deactivated my account. No reason (logged in and took surveys nearly every day), emailed them, they re-activated it, no explanation or apology given.

Exactly the same thing happened to me - they reactivated my account a couple of weeks ago. Still not receiving survey emails though

They did the same to me a couple of years ago - said it was because I had completed a survey when in France!


At the moment I seem to be screened out of more surveys than I complete. Used to manage a regular £10 each month but not now.

Had 20 this month - 5 paid, 1 pending and the remaing 14 either Quota full or Not qualified.


Had 5 £10 pay-outs this year and one £2.50 off, so my invites/pay-outs have dropped but still getting surveys and pay-outs.

Has anyone done the huge long song rating survey with 702 songs? I completed it over 5 days and I've just pressed the submit button at the end, and what do you know?! An error!! I'm so mad!

Contact them and explain what happened - you might get lucky.

It's strange - I've had a few email survey invites in the last couple of days, and when I click on them I get the 'we have no surveys available for you at the moment' page. I hope I haven't been kicked out or anything! I've sent them an email, hope they credit me!

How much are you expecting?
I started that survey and I'm sure it said something like £1 for 20 minutes. The initial survey of listening to some music took about that length of time, and when that was completed it just cut straight to an introduction about rating 702 songs. I'm not willing to go through that lot for a pound!
