I've completed several surveys, but my reward amount hasn't increased!

Have also noticed that when I've completed a survey, the landing page finishes with 'au' and not co.uk. I am unable to log into this page, but can at the site ending co.uk.

Have sent an email to VO, but wondering whether others are experiencing any problems.

I've been credited for 2 surveys this month so have received points.


I usually manage to cash out for an Amazon voucher every 2 months although I feel I am not able to complete as many surveys but that could me because I am not always completing them as soon as received.


After your comments, will have to make sure I keep a note of all those completed.

V O replied to my email with a generic response, stating that it can take weeks before some surveys were rewarded.

I already realised this but the old website had a section with a heading of Participation History, and most surveys could be seen there.

Does anyone know whether there is a list of surveys on the new site?

Thank you, have now found the section.

A couple of surveys which I have done this week are showing under 'My Account' but not yet added to rewards. At least, they've been recorded.

Look out for an invitation to a survey. Does not state the reward to be given and it is asking for your opinion on VO so an opportunity to tell them what you don't like!!
Don't just delete it - I completed it and am getting £2 for a very short survey.

I got this survey but I thought it said I was only getting 50p!!

I've just completed that survey too,and it was definitely for 50p. Short though!

I normally get at least one survey per day from Valued Opinions but no survey invites since 5/11/15. Anyone else noticed a survey drought?
