I haven't had any available surveys since April! I used to get a lot, I was earning £60/£70 a year. Should I delete my account and re-register?
Have you been keeping your details etc up to date?
There are some instances where VO get a bit odd and make people exempt from the site (for a number of reasons) - its worth emailing them to check you havent been banned for something that wasnt your fault.0 -

I did use flex-e-codes to get my Amazon voucher in the end. If I could afford to have waited I would have claimed a £15 voucher I would have on principle, but the thing I wanted to buy was on offer and I was worried they would get get of the free delivery after all the stuff about having to make a £10 minimum order to get free delivery going on today.
I have to say I was quite impressed. I requested the flex-e-code from VO which came instantly. I registered on the flex-e-code site, checked out (I thought it was going to make me pay for a minute, but then realised the code from VO goes into a form that looks like a credit card form). The Amazon voucher came literally 2 minutes after checking out on their website. Very efficientSo so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead

Anyone else done the insurance comparison site survey today where you had to use the browser's html inspector to copy data from and paste to the survey, and successfully completed it? I couldn't get past the confused.com part as what I pasted in wouldn't capture right by the survey.0

Hopefully it's just a blip. I just tried 1 of the tel numbers but no operators available, didn't bother leaving a message. No comments that I can see on their Facebook page about this at the mo. Fingers crossed it will be sorted soon.0 -
Just tried it myself and got the same message so you're not the only two! My browser saves my password so I know its not been typed wrong.
Maybe its just scheduled maintenance or downtime of some sort?0 -

Must be just a general issue with the website/server, not gonna panic too much yet0
