I'm having the same issue too, it's saying I've entered the wrong email/password, which is impossible since it's on autofill. When I click 'forgotten password', it says my email address isn't registered on the system.0

Next problem, Amazon vouchers showing as available but when you select them they become unavailable. I don't know what is going on with them but they do seem to be getting worse? If at first you don't succeed, sky diving is not for you!0

Anyone else done the insurance comparison site survey today where you had to use the browser's html inspector to copy data from and paste to the survey, and successfully completed it? I couldn't get past the confused.com part as what I pasted in wouldn't capture right by the survey.
Yep completed and £25 sitting in pending credits:)0 -

Finally got a reply, only double their claimed 3 day reply time. They are simply out of stock AGAIN (they've only been IN stock a couple of weeks), though why it can't just say that on the rewards page instead of allowing you to go all through the order process before telling you :wall:It's been like that all week. I emailed them to ask what's going on with them but no reply as yet.
Oh and they politely reminded me I could get Amazon vouchers via Flex-e-codes, no doubt in my mind they are trying to phase out Amazon vouchers sadly.0 -
oh yes today I claimed my first £10 voucher, I opted for Boots as Im saving up for Xmas gifts now. So proud of myself its taken about 2 months but I didn't do every survey and got disqualified from loads so Im very proud of myself :j:money::rotfl::T0
