I think you probably had the same problem I did where the survey wasn't showing up on the app.

Normally all I see on the app is my total £, and then two blank boxes underneath.

The middle box *should* have the link to the survey in it, and from there it's click and fill like normal, just on your phone.

It took two weeks for them to sort mine out. And that was only after I emailed for the second time. That time in response to an email I got telling me "Hey, you haven't completed this yet"

I downloaded the android VO app in June and I received the survey notification a few days later. The survey appeared to download but I got an error message when trying to access it. This carried on for two weeks until some updates came through. The first update didn't help (unless I wanted to read my error messages in Spanish!) but the second fixed it.

I completed the survey about 2 weeks ago and it is still showing as completed reward pending.

A complete faff to get it to work but checking for updates might help.

If so, I'm still waiting for this one too. I completed it at the end of March.
