Did anyone get the £3 survey thing through for Apple/Android users?

I had to download the app to my phone, apparantly I have to fill in a survey before and after a shopping trip (in my case, Mr T)?
Unfortunately while I was looking the app up on my phone in the Play Store, the website decided it was going to go ahead and load the next page - I hadnt read the first one, and I cant get back into it!
I tried going through the link again but it just comes up with the "completed" page, so I dont know what I have to do now.

Any ideas?

You could send feedback to support, see if they can sort it for you.

I had a terrible time with that one. It took two support emails (and two weeks) for it to actually show up on my phone. Then when I went to fill in the second half of the survey, post shop, it restarted to the pre-shop survey and I hadn't realised it and couldn't go back to fix the duff times once I did realise it.

Can anyone explain what flexicodes are and if they can still be converted to amazon vouchers?

It's the love2shop e voucher site. You request the voucher from VO, then you have to register with flexicodes, put the VO code in which shows as a credit and request the amazon voucher off them. It's quite quick, the instructions are on the VO confirmation email, and I had my amazon code within a couple of hours. The only reason I did it that way was because they do £10 vouchers, whereas if you do them directly from VO you now have to have £15.

How long does it take for these to show up on the website participation history? Just done this one, and its only showing as done on the app at the moment. I've had such a game getting the app sorted and this is the first one I've done, so I'm a bit worried its not working properly.

I did email them, but they haven't got back to me, and no email to complete the survey if I had the e-cig anyway

It say's there should be two units?

I received one but the letter said it should have had two in it.

Edit:- Actually I suspect i'm getting mixed up, I think I did mine through My Survey, it was a Nicolite and the survey partner was Kantar.

I did actually email VO this morning about it, got a email back a few mins ago saying I needed to download the app for the survey and it would be apparant from there, but I cant see anything.

So I deleted the app lol, I'm not going to faff around if their staff cant be bothered to send me the instructions I've requested.
