I've just checked my Valued Opinions account and it now looks like you can only redeem for £10 vouchers. Doesn't really affect me though because I normally wait until I have over £10 before I cash out.

lightspeed aren't to bad, i had to wait almost 4 months to get 30 quid from them though, due to an error n their part. but i did cash out 3 quid recently and it was sent to my paypal account within 2 days.

Same happened to me,I have just read this on their F.A.Q

I had a pending credit, and now it's gone?
Sometimes you will see a credit pending on your account, which occurs when a survey response has been received but not confirmed. When your balance is updated, survey responses are checked against our database. If you qualified and completed the survey, your balance will be credited with your reward. If you were screened out of the survey, therefore not given the opportunity to complete it, the pending credit will not be transferred to your account balance.
