From what I've read I believe the pinecone banners are elusive but I would really like to sign up.

    Anyone know how?

It's all hush hush....apparently you can only join if you spot a banner on a website. I havent come across one yet.

    Keely.

ps-members cant say anything on discussion boards either-they'll get in trouble!

If I were you I'd cash your £60 while you can. If they close your account you're never going to see it

Thats a good idea, I didn't think of that...off to get my Amazon vouchers!

i have had over £120 paid in the last year from them{12 seperate £10 tesco vouchers] without any problems..although its normally a 2 month wait from the survey to payment i have always got them, sometimes the surveys seem to come in batches after a long wait and the time a survey takes to complete is sometimes longer than they say.Another good thing is that about 3 times this year they have asked me just one question for £1 because they have ommited it from the original survey...so i thinx they are better than lightspeed who give you those crappy gifts,,worse than green shield stamps and i do not have paypal so I cannot get cash from them.

lightspeed do gift vouchers, I get the HMV ones, but I know they do amazon also. hth

    Hi,
I've had points pending from 6 surveys for over 2 months now so I e mailed them and got the following response after aboout 5 days:

    Hi,

We are sorry for the delay. Surveys normally take up to 28 days to close and then are queued for processing by our I.T. department. However, there is currently a bit of a backlog of surveys to be processed which we hope to clear over the next week or so.
