It's odd, I always seem to get problems just before I get to £10 with them. I had £8-something and £2 waiting to clear, and got fed up waiting. I claimed a £5 voucher, and lo-and-behold two days later the last £2 cleared and I claimed another voucher.

I have just had £2 clear from pending, I still have over £10 pending though and at least half of it is from 2 months ago. I've had much more joy with Lightspeed and Indiefield

I have used Valued Opinons for a long time and had many Tescos vouchers from them and not had any problems.

Then about a month ago my account stood at £5.25 cleared, 2 x £1.50 and 1 x £1.75 pending.

I kept checking every day as I wanted to claim another Tesco voucher. Then the £1.75 pending disappeared. I got no reply from my emails so stopped doing the surveys. Now I am getting two or three per day and have started doing them again.

I also agree with the previous poster, lighspeed are great. If you want your money quickly then lightspeed is the one for you. I just wish they would send more surveys!

I had a £2 survey pending since May and when I logged in this morning it has disappeared! I've emailed them to find out what's going on, surely they can't do this?

I always take a screenshot of "myVOP" page after every survey, just so I have some evidence should any of mine disappear. I do that on all sites

Pending surveys always disappear, sometimes for several days, just before they 'clear'.

is anyone else having problems at the mo? I've two waiting to clear from well over 28 days ago, emailed them, was told was a backlog, but then one I'd only completed a week ago cleared, which was smallest amount, which leaves me just short for a voucher? am getting a bit pee'd off with them now. Also I ordered a voucher on 27/07/07, its not arrived yet, usually they have been here within a week.

hi i am having a problem with valued opinion at the moment.

I recently had £7.50 rewards balance with £3.00 pending and i did a survey so i checked my balance to see if anything was moving and if i would get my voucher!..... only when i looked, it said rewards balance.... £3.50....pending £3.00 still and when i looked at recent reward history.... it said no vouchers have been claimed!!......where have my rewards gone!!!

i think i will be doing as some one previosly said and take screen shots after each survey.
