Here's the email I got back:
We are sorry for the inconvenience. The system will tell you when the desired number of respondents has completed a particular survey. If this number has been reached before you start, you will be prevented from starting. Otherwise, you will be stopped as soon as the number is reached. The reason it stops you when there are enough finished surveys, and not merely started surveys, is to prevent the quota being left unfilled because some people start but then do not bother to complete the survey. I can assure you, however, that we do not use the information you entered unless you finish the survey and are paid for doing so.
Pretty poor considering I'm not alone in this situation

Hi. I have only ever had online vouchers in the past from VO but I was thinking of trying a paper one. Are VO usually reliable in sending them or would you advise that it is best to stick to online ones? Thanks0

Personally i like to stick with the online vouchers because they are delivered instantly, have really long expiry dates and you can buy just about anything from retailers like Amazon.
I've only had one paper voucher in the post but it took 3 weeks to arrive and it had a pretty short (by compariosn to the online vouchers) expiry date.
But i guess it all depends on what you are wanting to buy with your voucher.....0
