I wasn't able to log in using IE8 for the whole of last week but it worked fine with Firefox.

Today I managed to get in using IE8 but was p***ed off with them anyway because I did 75% of an entire survey (about 15 mins) and then it told me they had reached the maximum number of respondants! :mad:

I have never yet completed a survey , fill in all my details ,spend 15 minutes doing up to 90% ,then it says I don't qualify :mad::mad:

I'm having trouble completing a text survey I've been doing, they tell you to click submit button and you will have the final survey but there's no sumbit button, been back and fore for hours trying to finish it!! Anyone else doing this Comms survey?

I had the same problem with a mobile phone survey in May. I just kept checking it and eventually (about two days late) the final survey appeared.

I had trouble a few months ago and the person who replied on email said to not try to log in following a link after a survey, but to go to the website afresh and trying that way.

I have just filled out the internet usage survey and been accepted for the year long one, is this safe to download and they just take note of the sites you go on, has anyone else done this and been ok either with VA or another site? bit nervous too but would like some help in reaching my decision....

what is the program you downloaded? is it net something? i did do it and i believe others have before and with me it was awful as it really slowed my pc down and also was told by the techie ppl on this site that i should get rid.

maybe different for you tho HTH
