I used to participate in every VO survey thrown at me. However, the past month I'm still receiving their emails yet (and this concerns EVERY survey, so 15 surveys approx) I'm greeted with the following message:
"Thank you very much for your interest in our surveys. Unfortunately you can’t participate in this study. Our records indicate that your ID has already been registered for this project and/or data inconsistencies have been identified regarding the profile data you’ve provided."
Can anyone tell me why this might be and/or has anyone else had this message when clicking their email link to participate in their surveys? I only need another 50p and I make it to the next £10 level. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!0 -
I would phone them, their helpdesk is very helpful and sorted out problems which I was experiencing.

I get this message with 3 out of 5 surveys I click through to them with. I just assume its a general message and either means they are full and have plugged the survey or they have already had someone who fits my criterea answer the survey (presumbaly all those questions I answer on the site have some reason for something and when I click a link it attaches my profile to the survey- thats what I assume anyway).0 -

I agree. I don't mind being screened out after a few quick questions, but not after 10 minutes, which I think is unreasonable.0 -
I have just been given the soft drinks mobile phone survey for £5. I also completed a TV diary over the past 2 weeks and the original email says they will send a final questionnaire once the 2 weeks is up, you must complete this final survey to receive the award. Has anyone received this email/reward yet?0

Was this the fizzy drinks one in April, think it was £5 reward? If so I have been paid for it after a few emails to them.
I think I completed it in May but yeah it was a fizzy drinks one. I have emailed them as have never waited this long before for a pending credit to show up. Hopefully will hear back from them soon.0 -
I'm also waiting on the tv diary follow up survey. I was a bit concerned because i thought you'd have to log into the diary to access it but the diary isn't available any more, fingrs crossed that email comes soon!0

I did a recent VO drinks diary. The final questionnaire arrived separately, a few days following the diary being finished, and was accessed by the link in their email.
The reward appeared in the account balance quite soon afterwards.0 -
I agree. I don't mind being screened out after a few quick questions, but not after 10 minutes, which I think is unreasonable.
I spent 10 mins answering what appeared to be a survey (you begin to recognise screening questions after a while!) I ended the survey with the page reading something like "this is the end of this survey" and gave me a link to click through back to VO with.
I then got a VO page saying I was not compatible for the survey but thankyou anyway!!
I was so annoyed I emailed 'Isabel' straight away and just had an email back today to inform me I have now been credited.
Sometimes it does work then!0
