I have just become stuck at 50% on a survey. Whatever option I chose it wouldn't progress. Very annoying.

finally got an email back re washing powder giving me 50p whoopeeeee! not, still annoyed over it,as seems to have been a tech error.
how much did you get credited?

I have no idea- I have so much pending I don't keep tabs! I just email them when I see a fault more over as it is so frustrating and feels insulting when I have been treated unfairly. I don't really do surveys to earn cash or vouchers, I do them as I like to share my opinions, give feedback and find out about new products. Its maybe then understandable why I felt so angry and decided to send an email spanning several pages.....:T

I sent a snotty e-mail back to them after they wouldn't credit me for the diary survey I did worth £5. They've now credited me with £2.50 "as a gesture of goodwill".

is anyone doing the product evaluation in London next week?
I'm doing the survey at the moment and am at the point of entering my details so they can contact me. I sorta regret it now as it says face-to-face interview

I'm doing it- if they get in touch that is. it's £30 plus it's likely to be close to where I work so I'm not bothered about it being face to face.

    I would phone them.

I completed a drinks diary lasting several months and there were problems with the final questionnaire. It was worth £30.

I spoke to their helpline and they sent me an email with another link which I was able to access and complete the survey. They're very helpful.

    Good luck

I managed to submit my diary after sending them an email, i then completed the final survey, and it didnt show up in pending credits. I emailed again and they replied saying that these types of surveys do not always go into pending credits as they are different from the normal surveys we get sent. They said that the payment will go straight into my account balance when the survey is complete, this could even take more than 28 days, so i will let you know if and when it arrives.
