I have also been a member since the points started. You are supposed to get 10 points a month on the 19.99 + VAT package but looking at my statement there are lots of months where I have not been given the points. They have tried to rectify this by adding 4 or 5 lots of points a couple of days ago but I still am 50 points short. I also have no places near me for the offers so wont bother chasing up the lost points. It pays to check what they owe you and try to claim them before the end of the month.

have tried to ring the phone no for some of the pampering offers. It is just coming up that the no is temporarily unavailable. Any suggestions. Thanks0

Well this is officially a heap of crap.
Redem'd for some of the days out vouchers, got them, only for them to have further T&C's on them (not listed on the site)
"Only one ticket per Family Unit"
Which means i cant redem 3 of them, and get 3 tickets to get into somewhere for next to nowt. Waste of bloody time.
Good mind to complain really, getting ripped off by Pipex as it is.0 -
My husband tried to book the 'Golf Lesson', at the nearest golf course on the list, only to be told that the teaching pro listed had left 18 months ago and that nobody else knew about the offer. We have pretty much given up with this. They may be free offers but they appear to be impossible to use. Has anyone successfully used any of the offers?0

so many points (480) nothing to spend them on
nice simple shopping vouchers would have been nice rather than all those crap 2 for 1 offers and "pampering" treats that we all know are worthless/available anywhere.
and as for "free" accomadation :rotfl: :rotfl:
thanks to the OP, as i didnt even know about them and for a few minutes got all excited when i saw 480 points.0 -
I would suggest not printing off the vouchers until you find something you can use and have firmed that up. As soon as you print off the vouchers your points total goes down.
Thanks, at least I know it's not just us. annie0 -
Had a reply from Pipex; 8 days after original email question sent regarding loyalty points.
Their reply was COMPLETELY USELESS.
They might as well not have bothered.0 -

I wonder why Pipex didn't email its customers to advise that the loyalty scheme was coming to an end. I had 45 points - which apparently now I can't use, so I'll never know whether the rewards were any good or not.0
