    It's not for that reason at all. It's for the reason that the OP does have physical money available, but is saying she has none. That comes under the "fair game" rules. And, because the OP starts 200 threads a day about her spending habits, etc.

    I think she's worried about the next few days, not a bid of fiddeling around with LHA which won't happen for at least a year and will have little effect on the vast majority of claimants.
