Ryanair phone number to cancel

Can anyone give me a phone for Ryanair as I need to cancel my flight? I only have this number 0871 246 0000 and after a while it goes dead.

I found this number on saynoto0870 for UK reservations based in Eire: +35312480856.

Use 18866 or similar to reduce the cost.

You cannot cancel a Ryanair flight. As it costs £100 to change a name or £35 per leg to amend your flight (that's if you do it on-line - £150/£50 via the call centre) it's usually best just not to turn up.

Don't forget to claim your tax back though if you don't fly. I cancelled 2 flights in April with Easyjet, got in touch with them and asked for a refund for my taxes and received £30 last week.

That's Easyjet. Ryanair charges an administration fee which means that in practice you cannot get an APD refund.

Wow, I didn't realise that. I'm glad I booked with Easyjet then!

Ryanair will not give you a refund, not even of the taxes on your flight. So by all means claim from your insurance, but it is not worth going to any trouble to cancel your flight, since you won't get anything back from them.
