Bmi baby check-in website down?

Just a point to make. I have been trying for 2 hours to check in online using the bmibaby website but am being informed that the site may be down or unavailable.Customers are not able to email them to find out what the problem is but can phone for 60p a minute to contact them.My point is are they being slippery i.e.if you are unable to check in online you must pay £10 per peson to check in at the airport or try to remedy the situation by paying through the nose to contact them?Anyone had the same experieces?Gareth.
