If as you say they owe you money, gather all documents etc, and see them in court
Rember to claim for your time & expenses, keep records
PS you could also request all the data they have on you under the Data Protection Act, may cost you a tenner
If the information is wrong, report them to Data Protection Commisioner after giving them a week to sort it outNumerus non sum0 -
Thank you but who do i ask for the data from ?
and how would i do this

Hi indigo,
If you still have an active TT account we can provide support for you via the TalkTalk Members Forum. WE can only support customer with active accounts, as this is a precondition of joining the forum.
In the event your account si not active i would advise you consult the code of practice on the TT website and write to the relevant address under the Disputes Section for this to be picked up.
Regards“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Talk Talk. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -

Done that!!!!!
Not sure how any company can refuse to acknowledge a simple request for a bill and copy of any contract they think they have with a customer.
only with them 3 weeks and been hounded by debt collectors ever since.
states on the web page "if you don't love our broadband within the first 30 days you can leave no strings attached "
then all we do is hound you for random amounts of money but refuse to say what you are being charged for.
