    If as you say they owe you money, gather all documents etc, and see them in court

    Rember to claim for your time & expenses, keep records

    PS you could also request all the data they have on you under the Data Protection Act, may cost you a tenner

    If the information is wrong, report them to Data Protection Commisioner after giving them a week to sort it out
    Numerus non sum
  • Thank you but who do i ask for the data from ?
    and how would i do this
    unsure
  • Will be going to court.
    this company is so poor be warned,
    TALKTALK are crap.
    3weeks phone line no internet and one bill after another,
    debt collectors !!!!!threats.
    have taken legal advice and will go to court
    so sick of this. :mad::mad::mad:

    Done that!!!!!
    Not sure how any company can refuse to acknowledge a simple request for a bill and copy of any contract they think they have with a customer.
    only with them 3 weeks and been hounded by debt collectors ever since.
    states on the web page "if you don't love our broadband within the first 30 days you can leave no strings attached "
    then all we do is hound you for random amounts of money but refuse to say what you are being charged for.
