Well true, but the paypal emails would contradict it because they are delayed (if they get through), and knowing some ebay buyers it would just make us look like we were lying.

Plus if they're the type of person who doesn't notice a weekend they probably will not notice a email either

Apparently my postage and packing charges are 4.6, but I don't make any profit on post... usually a little loss >.< I fail to understand how it works.

Then it must be your packaging. 4.6 is getting dangerous, you really need to work out what it is that you are being marked down for and sort it out.

Really not sure, all well packed, padded envelope plus extra bubble wrap, clothes are washed and ironed, only sold 11 items, longest dispatch time was 2 days, over 400+ve feedback

OK, um, is there anything else at all you have in the house that you can sell? I was thnking that if maybe selling something completely different made your stars go up then you have at least narrowed down it is the items/packaging they have problems with and not you.

Also, you don't do recorded do you on cheap items, that can really affect stars if the postage looks high in proportion to the item value.

4.6 is quite unusual as it is lower than most people on ebay and would stand out.

Standard delivery, always get PoP, sell gaming collectables, clothing and all sorts really, but the 11 was tops, bags and gaming merchandise, extra wrapped because of value. Postage kept as low as possible, other stats are 4.8, 4.8 and another 4.6, but the other 4.6 (dispatch) I believe is from the post office I went to, first items were taking 3-4 days to deliver, change post office and next day delivery on 5 out of 6. Going to do another load of items in July, and going to try free delivery and change my starting bids, otherwise its emailling buyers and asking what they think/suggest >.<

With two lots of stars at 4.6 there must be another reason buyers are marking you down, that is very unusual. I use second class post for all my items and my despatch stars vary from 4.9 to 5 (although I did drop to 4.8 on one account briefly)

If you have one bad star in only 11 sales that could make a big difference. Look at what you are doing but I think it may sort sort itself out after a few more sales (provided you don't get another loopy buyer).

Yes, I forgot to sugegst that

OP check your expanded seller dashboard and see if you have any 1 or 2* left, if you have then it means you had one buyer who wasn't happy. If you haven't then it means they must have all been unhappy.

I really would suggest selling some bits and bobs just to get your stars looking healthy again.
