NTL Broadband - Billing NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

I have been a long term customer with NTL. Nothing wrong with the broadband service BUT their billing is not fit for purpose.

I have been offered discounts , i.e. half price line rental BUT NEVER has this been shown on the bill. I have always been charged the full rate. Numerous calls to chse them up, nothing happens, they BILLING IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I have been overcharged so many times and they say they will correct it but never is the case.

DO NOT USE THEM WHEN THEY SAY HALF PRICE LINE RENTAL
