Can anyone think of any other uses for IVR (interactive voice response than these?)
- Mobile — Pay-As-You-Go account funding
- Telephone banking — balance, payments, and transfers
- Mobile purchases — particularly for mobile content, such as ring tones and logos
- Caller identification and routing
- Order placements — credit card payments
- Airline — ticket booking, flight arrivals, flight departures, check-in
- Adult entertainment — dating, chat line, etc.
- Weather forecasts
