You are v observant!
My wall thing told me you hadn't logged on for 10 daysHope you are feeling better. TBH I had the weekend off - not able to run so felt the food counting was becoiming counterproductive.
MFP is great but still not losing - I'm broken

No...sighhh...it all went badly wrong, but fingers crossed my equity buy out completes today and XOH's house purchase completes tomorrow. Neither of us has been told otherwise, so we are just gritting our teeth and hoping for the best. It is a bit out of our hands now. :wall:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I know I am naive but what is MFP!?:o
Hey Billie! :hello:
MFP is the My Fitness Pal website, it is a free online tool where you log your daily food and exercise. It's got a big database behind it with calories from all sorts of foods, so you put in your weight and what you want to lose / maintain then when you plug in what you've eaten along with your exercise it tracks if you're on target, in so far as how many calories you've burned. It's pretty fab!

Oooh, and I forgot to say - I looked at my bank account earlier and I see that C4pital One have cashed the cheque I sent to see my charges - so it will be interested to see how this progresses! They should write back soon I hope.
