LMC - Sorry to hear about the job, fingers crossed you find something soon.

It's a nice day today but I'm not going to get a chance to see it, had a lie in as I've worked the past 6 days and am starting work at 2pm today.

It really winds me up how companies do that , leaving people hanging for so long, when you're trying to plan out your life and what you do next. My Mum is head of a school and when she interviews people she HAS to let them know by the next day, which is obviously very quick and not always possible - but they should at least give you a time limit.

I applied for a job with a mobile phone manufacturer in 2002. I still haven't heard whether I got it or not. I'm guessing not...

And Miss Jo - have you dumped MFP completely?

Just got off the phone to Fredrikson International lol. I love arguing with these scum bags. They take the bate every time, start being hostile and end begging me to not hang up. Sly cow wanted my phone number to ring me back if there was a problem during the conversation :) I just said if that happens I will call one of my other creditors HAHA!!

Hehe! No, I haven't dumped MFP - my tummy bug from Egypt has revived itself (again) in the past week :( and I haven't been eating much of anything really and haven't been exercising as I have felt a bit wrung out, so to be honest i wasn't in the mood to track it. Sorry MFP buddy - I will be back soon though. Promise! Today I have been eating properly again, so will be logging ASAP. You are v observant!

That's the beauty of applying for jobs in the education sector, they do interview and inform either on the day or the next. As you say sometimes can be difficult but at least you know where you stand. LMC chin up that was obviously not the right job for you! Lovely sunny day here and I am stuck in an office in the basement which is cold and no sun!!
