Good morning folks!
Last day in August - can you believe it? I just don't know where time goes anymore
Whatever you do, please don't mention the 'C' word, major bah humbug here!
Well, today I am spending money. First day this week and cannot be avoided! Got 4 croissants on the way into work, felt like a continental breakfast
So that's £1.55 and breakie sorted for today and tomorrow.
Brought lunch with me so the next spend will be dinner with a friend tonight. Pizza and a couple of drinks so I'm thinking £20-£25  Will be back to update later.
Have a great one everyone and keep them non/low

Will try to keep today a low spender but the purse will have to open at some point (albeit reluctantly) as there are a few things that need attention i.e.
letter of acceptance needs posting to new employer (cost of stamp)
rubbish needs taking to tip (no 'spend' as such but cost of petrol needs accounting for)
Carpets need ordering by today is I am to secure the price we negotiated (but as this is budgetted for I guess it doesn't count)
but I know that if I go to order carpets I will buy some material from the mill next door (to cover an old piece of furniture) 'cos it's a perfect match for the curtains and although I don't need a lot it will be about £6 not budgetted for.
Will let you know later!
Good luck everyone.

Nothing (I hope!) - being taken out for lunch by a friend before he goes off on holiday, then an evening in trying to get the study done - 4 months so far
Edit: Friend has called in sick
So will have to buy lunch myself
