BT Mobile change to contract T & Ts.

bt mobile are changing the terms and conditions of their contracts ie the minimum call charge is going up from 2p to 5p. Does this mean i can cancel the contract with no penalty to myself?.

the short asnwer is yes most cos have a bit in there contract that a increase in charges that aint a additonal service meens you have 14 days from point of notice to gave written notice to end your contract.
BUT noramly when you complain about it all they will do is not increase your call charges from 2p to 5p untill you upgrade0 -
hi there do you know when these charges came in to force,I'm with BT mobile now about 3 years and have never been told they have put up the charges so can anyone tell if its been in last 6 months as I upgrated then and is it right if they change their T&C you have the right to cancel your contract thanks0
