doesn't look like i've done much BUT
the playroom is tidy!!!
i even went through the 3 boxes filled with toys - i just chucked everthing in there when i couldn't home it straight away
all toys are sorted - a big bag has found its way into the bin!
i've carried the hoover upstairs but stopped dead at the kids bedrooms - toys everywhere!!!! - i am not used to this; they never usually play in their rooms

Yes, absolutely I understandIt's not somethingI'm able to do, unfortunately. Would you like to start a thread on the Site Feedback Board? You'll get the team to see it then, and they may well act upon it

Sooooo silly, but as soon as he handed me the bass, it felt right.
Glad you enjoyed it :T I'm planning having a ukulele when DH and I move to Our FarmA friend let me have a go on hers and it was fab :j
Yesterday was a good day - the phone didn;t stop ringing with insurance company and their representatives ringing to sort out replacement of our stolen stuff. We were told it would be 7-10 days, and they got to us within 24 hours :j We've been really lucky with our contents policy. It's replacing everything on a new for old basis. DH is pleased as our 20+yr old mower is no longer made, so he's having a greatly upgraded oneDS had a BMX bike that he'd saved up for himself, but hardly used, so he's being able to swap for the mountain bike of his dreams
Off to find a list; I'll be gardening first before the heat sends me inside
Have a wonderful day everyone :A:rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0 -

Hello Flyers,
I had a wonderful day at Wimbledon yesterday but it was long and tiring. My feet are very sore because we walked miles.
DS3 has an inset day today which is good because I didn't have to do the school run but bad because I only have DS2 at school today with the eldest 2 on study leave.
DS2 was really good babysitting the LO's. DD1 was as good as useless and angered DH with her selfish attitude.
I have to take DD2 swimming at 9.30 so DS3 will come along. Then I must come back and tackle the lists. I will rope everyone in to help.
Mummyyof5 I can't add anything to what has already been said - all good advice.
JoJo sounds like a fun time was had
Hope everyone else has a good day in the sunshine

Morning all
Am working from home today, well only really this morning as I was working last night. I have the midwife at 2pm and am going to pick up some baby bits from 12 so
I've already gathered all the dirty clothes and the wm is on, it will need to go on again. I've been sleeping in the spare room all week as it's too hot to share with dh and I'm not sleeping great at the best of times, but it does mean he seems to have left rather a mess in the main bedroom!
This aft I want to wipe round everywhere, and do the bathroom. DH says he'll do the hoovering when he gets in. His bro & sil are coming tonight but we're just getting a chinese takeaway so nice and easy
Not sure I've mentioned here but boss has okayed me to work from home 1-2 days a week until I go on mat leave. it will make such a difference so hopefully I won't be ocmpletely wrecked by the time we get to the weekend.
Right, I'd better get on, work won't do itself. xxMum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
morning
Mummy of 5 (((hugs)))
went to pub quiz last night - boy were the questions hard but a few sensible guesses and WE WON! (£15.00 in vouchers to spend!) Nice chat with neice, too - told her about the condoms and everything DS told me yesterday - turns out her mum (my sister) had 'the chat' with her when she was 19 and had been seeing a b/f for 3 years...so she was too late. Feel pleased that I am able to have chats with DS and he with me. Told her about my friend but not everything;) even though she asked :rotfl:
pots washed
towels on line, beds stripped and airing, sheets in WM
work work to do (reports)
see you later
Kick the onerous task into touch list THEN I can fly (notice I am using flying as a reward/incentive here!)
Reports x 5
