I am having problems tracking cashback on my laptop. I have regularly bought off ebay and opened a few new betting accounts recently in the last few months and nothing has tracked.
Using the topcashback tracking checker it states that all my cookie setting etc are fine. On this laptop I have never been able to receive cashback either through cashbackkings, quidco or topcashback. I have even manually checked my cookies and the retailers appear in there.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why things are not tracking?
I have windows 7 and mozilla firefox.

Had the same problem a few weeks ago. All settings seemed to be ok and the test tracking worked too. At the end I created a new Firefox profile and everything is fine since then...0 -
How do you go about making a new profile?
I have just set up a new google chrome browser and was just going to use that browser for cashback only, I have made a purchase to see how it goes.0 -

Separate profile would do it, as would running Ccleaner before going to the website (you must clear the cookie before going through the cashback link)
I rarely use IE, but I always use it for cashback shopping.
I search out and browse using FF, but then open IE, go to Quidco and go through the link.
If you go on the site to browse, and THEN go through the Quidco link, it will not track (because the cookie is already there from when you visited to browse)0 -
Running ccleaner takes about 30 mins on my laptop, if I delete cookies before each purchase it will delete cookies for other cashback transactions wont it?0

Once you've done the transaction, the cookies don't get used. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0
