TV Licence

For instance, see the following link (it is the live streaming of bbc1):

I bet "not a lot of people know that":D
I, (and assume many more), was under the impression it was just catch up TV.

Although i knew there were live streamings available, didnt know bbc offered them for their own channelsYou keep using that word. There are dozens of sites that allow you to LEGALLY download tv programmes, movies, games etc for a fraction of the price you would pay to buy the dvd. You can even "rent" them online for cheaper.
And if you read my earlier and later posts you will see i DO pay my tv license even though i apparently dont need to.
Seriously, if people are going to pick faults, at least get the right info first please.0 -

I would much rather the BBC became commercialized and scrapped the License, BBC have gone so far down hill that pretty much everything is repeats of repeats (just like all the other channels), so a few commercials spliced between the dribble they put out would be a blessing.
I would happily have a BBC removal device set up if it were possible, so as not to have to fork out so much money on a license for a service I would not miss.
Wishful thinking, they would probably have an annual fee for that service too, face it were stuck with paying for it, just for the pleasure of channel hopping.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

I disagree, and I can spell licence.;)0 -
I guess that depends whether or not your spell checker is in US or UK mode, but as I did not realize I was in a spell checking competition I didn't think it relevant to the thread, therefore all you need to learn in grammar, is there is no "," before the word "and".:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Quite frankly, the licence fee is a blessing if it means not having another ITV clone, appealing to the lowest common denominator and serving as little more than a platform for one of Simon Cowell's premium rate phone services.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
