You can't use a cashback site as that is for customers switching supplier, which by definition means you need to have a current supplier ... which you don't.
The fact that the property appears to have been disconnected for at least 18 months means you may have a bit more difficulty in getting reconnected than just hoping they'll fit a meter."Now to trolling as a concept. ....
