    However her negs are rarely justified, one poor seller who was selling 3 inch candles for weddings got a neg as 3 inches was too small for her tables. Another seller got negged because the item took 5 days to arrive when seller promised next day delivery, the seller responded to that one by saying 'but you didn't pay until day 4?'. Another neg was because a black feathery type hair decoration was too black..and they are all basically like that.

    She's left 28 feedback, 18 of which were either a neutral or a neg.

    I know I shouldn't but her reasons for negs did make me laugh.
    Don't hold your breath while waiting for a revision, as you may go the wrong shade of blue.:rotfl:

    I wonder if your buyers contact details are up todate? You used to be able to report someone for false contact details if telephone number was wrong and then the negative could be removed.

    I have her telephone number and I Intend calling tomorrow (I thought it rude to call on a Sunday) so if it turns out to be fake i'll report her for that too. It looks OK though.

    Just an update, I phoned the buyer who agreed it was left in error and it has been converted to a positive.

    so glad it was sorted for you soolin. you're always so helpful here.
    . in answer to a previous comment - i wldn't hold any hope that ebay will remove feedback from someone with "false details" - i had a negger with false contact dets and ebay did nothing. following on from that i did some detective work and found the negger was part of a shill ring - one of whom had left me a neg a few weeks earlier. (the only 2 i've ever had). gave ebay the details - ebay did nothing.
