I don't think its a good offer, try and ask them for a PAC code if you already haven't; this gives them the impression that you are serious about leaving. That might just encourage them to give you a better deal than what they are currently ready to offer.
e2save have a cashback offer for the e900 on the o2 network, you infact save about 55 pounds (including Quidco rebate), and on top of that get 400 x-net minutes + 100 txts {Assuming you go for the 12 month contract}. You could point them out to this deal, and enquire if they can do better than that for you. If they don't, you can always get a new contract.0 -
This is also a good deal which you might want to think about.

This one is actually much better, you save lots! Almost 100 quid including quidco cashback (50 pounds for Dialaphone!!) :eek:0 -

They offered me this too, but for £25 a month with a free Samsung D900 on a one year contract.
After my fourth attempt on the fourth day, they finally let me keep my existing tariff - £30 a month for 200 anytimes mins, 500 texts and free weekend calls with a years contract. For me, it was a year long agreement that was most important to me.
I would have taken the offer they put to you, but with the D900.0 -
in the end i got it for £20 with the k800i0
