SKY are driving me mental

Back in April 2009 I changed my surname. Bank? No problem. Insurance? No problem etc. etc. What it took HSBC bank to do in 15 minutes I haven`t achieved with SKY in 15 months. Although they have changed my details online all my post still arrives with my old surname. I have written and emailed and phoned the customer services division, returned SKY mailshots at their expense, written to the distribution people but no luck. They take my monthly subscription from my bank account (of course) under my new name but can`t seem to make the connection. Now I know in terms of the global economy and credit crunch debts this is a minor gripe but it is MY GRIPE. Any suggestions? Having got rid of the ex husband I can`t seem to lose his name as well. :mad:

I changed my surname in 2002 (got married) SKY is the only company that still write to me in my maiden name. From what I remember they wanted a copy of my marriage certificate, I never bothered. Now I have just cancelled SKY as we are moving and opened up a new account in my married name.
